Job Summary of Seasonal Sales Associate:

In the position of a Sales Associate, one will provide assistance to the Store Management Team in setting up, presenting, and preserving a seasonal retail store. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and aiding in the various functions of the store, such as increasing sales, ensuring cleanliness, and implementing theft prevention measures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Provide assistance in preparing, showcasing, closing, and disassembling the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer care within the parameters of the company's service standards.
• Help increase sales by creating dynamic interactions with customers and utilizing sign waving techniques.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment by completing housekeeping duties.
• Execute tasks related to merchandising, signing, and pricing in order to uphold the accuracy of product presentations.
• Efficiently manage the point-of-sale (POS) system to facilitate sales transactions.
• Implement measures to secure store assets in line with loss prevention guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols by safely navigating ladders and arranging store fixtures.

Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Participation is open to those who are 16 years old and above.
• Competence in climbing ladders and arranging installations.
• Capable of hoisting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Advanced communication proficiency and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Capacity for succeeding in a high-energy, seasonal retail environment.
