Job Summary of Retail Associate:

Representing the Burlington brand entails offering superb customer service, aiding in store operations, and ensuring a tidy and well-maintained sales space. Team members might be assigned to various departments like Women’s, Men’s, Youth, Activewear, Footwear, Home, or the Baby section. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a focus on delivering outstanding value to shoppers are key requirements for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Associate:

• Help customers find items and address their queries in a timely manner.
• Aid in the movement of items around the floor, upkeep of displays, and tidying up the retail space through housekeeping tasks.
• Manage cash registers and provide support in packing goods at the point of sale.
• Execute responsibilities given by leadership when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Associate:

• Past involvement in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in interpersonal connections and conveying messages.
• Capability to adjust schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative with a focus on precision and trustworthiness.
