The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in establishing, arranging, and maintaining a seasonal retail store. Their role entails offering exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth running of the store, including driving sales, maintaining a clean environment, and preventing any potential theft incidents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front-End Sales Associate:

• Support in the setup, exhibiting, wrapping up, and disassembling of the store.
• Ensure exceptional guest service delivery that complies with the company's service standards.
• Drive sales through customer interactions that are engaging and by employing sign waving techniques.
• Follow through with general housekeeping responsibilities to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Carry out merchandising, signing, and pricing operations to maintain accurate product placements.
• Manage sales transactions effectively by efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Uphold loss prevention policies to safeguard the store's resources effectively.
• Maintain safety standards by following guidelines for climbing ladders and handling store displays.

Qualifications and Experience of Front-End Sales Associate:

• Those under the age of 16 are not permitted to participate.
• Competence in climbing ladders and arranging installations.
• Having the capability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Profound communication skills and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Capacity for succeeding in a high-energy, seasonal retail environment.
