Job Summary of Retail Stocking Associate:

This position supports Burlington Stores by ensuring merchandise is accurately received, processed, and stocked for customer access. It requires individuals who are hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork and process efficiency. The role is essential in maintaining a seamless merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stocking Associate:

• Receive freight and transport shipments from the shipping / receiving area to the stockroom.
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise efficiently and accurately.
• Stock, organize, and showcase new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by store management.
