Job Summary of Retail Sales Consultant:

The main duties of this position include showcasing the Burlington brand through exceptional customer service, backing up store operations, and ensuring a spick and span sales area. Associates may be rotated through different departments such as Women’s apparel, Men’s clothing, Children’s wear, Sports attire, Shoes, Home goods, or the Baby section. Essential qualities for this role are enthusiasm, dependability, and a dedication to providing customers with great bargains.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Consultant:

• Aid clients in navigating through merchandise and promptly addressing their inquiries.
• Assist in floor operations, merchandising efforts, display upkeep, and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Engage in register operations and support customers by bagging their purchases.
• Follow through with tasks as directed by those in charge.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Consultant:

• While it is preferable to have retail or customer service experience, it is not a requirement.
• Proficient in connecting with others and conveying ideas clearly.
• Aptitude to work at unconventional times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Emphasizes cooperation and thoroughness in completing responsibilities.
