Job Summary of Retail Consultant:

This role represent the Burlington brand by providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Associates may work across various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering great value to customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Consultant:

• Guide individuals to locate merchandise efficiently and respond promptly to their questions.
• Support the repositioning of products, ensuring attractive displays, and managing store cleanliness.
• Carry out cash register functions and aid in bagging merchandise for shoppers.
• Follow through with tasks as directed by those in charge.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Consultant:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is favored but not obligatory.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.
• Willingness to work varied hours encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates a team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and trustworthiness.
