You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will include maintaining the reception area, answering phone calls, and directing visitors and associates to the appropriate contacts. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front Office Assistant:
- Make a positive first impression by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any questions they may have, whether through direct interaction or over the phone.
- Maintain a positive and inviting stance to ensure that all staff and visitors feel embraced.
- Make sure that visitors and associates are directed to the right individual for their needs.
- Uphold the safety and cleanliness of the reception area through compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Record and articulate steps executed, irregularities, and ongoing demands to ensure consistency across teams.
- Provide assistance with supplementary administrative tasks, like arranging files, inputting data, and monitoring office supplies.
Qualifications and Experience of Front Office Assistant:
- Superior ability to connect with others and articulate ideas effectively.
- Established competency in efficiently operating phone systems and directing calls appropriately.
- Superior organizational skills and a careful consideration of details.
- Proficient at handling multiple responsibilities swiftly.
- Having worked as a receptionist or administrative assistant previously is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Competent in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with standard office machinery.

Salary:
The hourly pay scale spans from $15.00 to $18.00.
