Job Summary of Retail Associate:

This role is essential for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, prioritizing exceptional customer service, backing merchandising projects, and upholding brand uniformity. The position requires a combination of independent tasks and working together with colleagues to ensure a pleasant and consistent shopping journey is provided for customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Associate:

• Deliver outstanding customer care to enhance store revenue and cultivate customer allegiance.
• Encourage and inform visitors about loyalty and credit programs to boost interaction levels.
• Implement the established guidelines for the presentation of merchandise in the store, product movement, and operational procedures.
• Use the organization’s software, systems, and protocols for carrying out regular responsibilities.
• Work together with colleagues to reach store objectives and uphold an efficient workplace atmosphere.
• Fulfill extra responsibilities as delegated by the store management.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Associate:

• Preferred background in customer service is advantageous.
• Having effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential qualities.
• Having the skill to effectively collaborate with others or work alone to address challenges and finish assignments.
• Maintaining a positive demeanor while prioritizing guest needs and meticulously finishing tasks.
• Proficient in operating Zebra mobile computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Being open to working variable hours, which may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
