Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Assistant:

• Help in the assembly, presentation, closure, and teardown of the store.
• Offer excellent guest service that meets and exceeds the company's defined service benchmarks.
• Contribute to sales success by fostering engaging interactions with customers and utilizing sign waving strategies.
• Keep the store tidy and organized by fulfilling general housekeeping duties.
• Complete merchandising, signing, and pricing activities to guarantee the correctness of product showcases.
• Conduct sales transactions proficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Adhere to loss prevention protocols for the protection of store resources.
• Comply with safety measures, which involve using ladders and organizing store fixtures.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Assistant:

• To be considered, individuals must be 16 years old or older.
• Skill in scaling ladders and fixing fixtures.
• Having the capability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication techniques.
• Skill in coping with the fast tempo of a seasonal retail setup.
