Job Summary of Client Support Supervisor:

This position plays a vital role in supporting front-end operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This individual will lead day-to-day customer service activities while modeling professionalism, encouraging team collaboration, and ensuring a customer-first approach across all interactions. The role requires leadership capabilities, a solutions-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and friendly service standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Support Supervisor:

• Coordinate and support customer service operations near the store entrance, fostering a friendly and structured atmosphere.
• Stress the importance of embracing Burlington’s values for front-end associates and integrating them into daily interactions with customers.
• Supervise register transactions and ensure timely and courteous resolution of customer issues.
• Promote efficient and friendly checkout experiences by providing team coaching and direct assistance.
• Plan team scheduling for breaks and meals with consideration to store coverage needs.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Support Supervisor:

• Being open to working varied hours, such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a prerequisite for this role.
• Proficient leadership skills and the capacity to motivate others effectively within a fast-paced scenario.
• Skilled in problem-solving, clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Having sufficient strength to lift boxes with a weight of 40 pounds or more and being able to stand or walk for extended periods.
