Job Summary of Sales Specialist:

This role represent the Burlington brand by providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Associates may work across various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering great value to customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Specialist:

• Help customers locate merchandise and promptly respond to any queries they have.
• Assist in floor operations, merchandising efforts, display upkeep, and housekeeping responsibilities.
• Assist with operating registers and packaging merchandise at the checkout area.
• Handle duties given by leadership as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Specialist:

• While it is preferable to have retail or customer service experience, it is not a requirement.
• Robust interpersonal capabilities and adept communication skills.
• Readiness to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Focused on working together effectively and ensuring accuracy and dependability.
