Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Associate Lead:

• Be present as the manager on duty as scheduled, taking care of customer service matters, vendor relations, and maintenance matters.

• Carry out opening and closing operations for the store, including responsibilities such as depositing cash in the bank and receiving shipments.

• Work together on merchandising efforts, crafting visual displays, and organizing the placement of signage as needed.
