Job Summary of Store Associate:

This position supports all daily store operations with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, supporting merchandising initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. The role involves both individual responsibilities and team collaboration to create a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Associate:

• Provide exceptional guest service to support store sales and build guest loyalty.
• Promote and educate guests on loyalty and credit programs to enhance engagement.
• Execute store merchandising standards, product flow, and operational processes.
• Utilize company software, systems, and procedures to complete daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a productive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Associate:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to solve problems and complete tasks.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude with attention to detail and task completion.
• Comfortable using Zebra PDA and POS systems.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
