Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

• Aid in organizing, presenting, closing, and disassembling the store.
• Offer top-notch guest assistance following the guidelines set by the organization.
• Aid in driving sales by actively engaging with customers and using sign waving to attract attention.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store through general housekeeping responsibilities.
• Execute tasks related to merchandising, signing, and pricing in order to uphold the accuracy of product presentations.
• Conduct sales transactions proficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Implement measures to secure store assets in line with loss prevention guidelines.
• Comply with safety measures, which involve using ladders and organizing store fixtures.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Associate:

• Individuals must be at least 16 years of age in order to be eligible.
• Capability in scaling ladders and organizing fittings.
• Having the capacity to pick up and relocate objects that are as heavy as 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Effective communication and top-notch customer care capabilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving and seasonal retail atmosphere.
