Job Summary of Inventory Associate:

The Sales Associate will help the Store Management Team in organizing, displaying, and managing a seasonal retail outlet. Their key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily store operations, such as driving sales, maintaining cleanliness, and preventing theft.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inventory Associate:

• Assist with the formation, showcasing, pack-down, and dismantling of the store.
• Deliver exemplary guest service that meets the service criteria established by the organization.
• Contribute to sales growth by fostering positive interactions with customers and using sign waving to capture attention.
• Manage general housekeeping tasks to uphold the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Implement merchandising, signing, and pricing procedures to ensure the correctness of product presentations.
• Conduct sales transactions seamlessly by operating the point-of-sale (POS) system with proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention measures to uphold the security of store assets.
• Adhere to safety measures, including climbing ladders and organizing store fixtures appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience of Inventory Associate:

• The minimum age eligibility is set at 16 years old.
• Capability in ascending ladders and installing fixtures.
• Having the physical strength to lift and transport items that weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication techniques.
• Proficiency in working effectively in a fast-paced and seasonal retail sector.
