Job Summary of Retail Stockroom Associate:

In this capacity, individuals will be supporting Burlington Stores to ensure that merchandise is received, processed, and stocked accurately for customer availability, making it essential for candidates who are practical, excel in a dynamic environment, and appreciate collaborative and efficient processes. This position is crucial for facilitating the seamless movement of merchandise from the warehouse to the retail display areas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stockroom Associate:

• Undertake the handling of incoming shipments, moving packages from the shipping/receiving destination to the warehouse.
• Methodically process merchandise by accurately ticketing, storing, moving, and displaying items efficiently.
• Artfully arrange and showcase new merchandise for customers to browse.
• Help out with any further duties given by store management.

• Proficient in managing a schedule that is adaptable, such as evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
