Job Summary of Store Associate:

The main duties of this position include showcasing the Burlington brand through exceptional customer service, backing up store operations, and ensuring a spick and span sales area. Associates may be rotated through different departments such as Women’s apparel, Men’s clothing, Children’s wear, Sports attire, Shoes, Home goods, or the Baby section. Essential qualities for this role are enthusiasm, dependability, and a dedication to providing customers with great bargains.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Associate:

• Guide patrons to locate merchandise and promptly address any concerns they may raise.
• Help with floor activities, merchandise presentation, display upkeep, and overall maintenance of the store.
• Run registers and help with the packaging of products during the checkout procedure.
• Undertake assignments appointed by managers as requested.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Associate:

• While previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, it is not obligatory.
• Strong aptitude for engaging with people and sharing information.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Values teamwork and is diligent and consistent in work tasks.
