Job Summary of Sales Support Associate:

This role represent the Burlington brand by providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Associates may work across various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering great value to customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Support Associate:

• Assist customers in finding merchandise and promptly answering any inquiries.
• Aid in floor maintenance, merchandising tasks, display upkeep, and housekeeping duties.
• Help customers at the checkout by operating registers and assisting with bagging their items.
• Undertake duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Support Associate:

• While retail or customer service experience is preferred, it is not essential.
• Expertise in fostering relationships and communicating proficiently.
• Openness to working non-standard hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Dedicated to teamwork and precision, exhibiting reliability and attention to detail.
