Job Summary of Front Desk Associate:
Your duties will involve welcoming guests, handling queries, and maintaining a friendly environment. You will be tasked with keeping the reception area organized, responding to phone calls, and guiding visitors and employees to the right persons. Success in this role requires a polished manner and strong communication abilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front Desk Associate:
- Extend a warm welcome to all guests by personally acknowledging them and responding to any questions, whether in person or via phone.
- Demonstrate a friendly and inviting attitude to make sure all colleagues and guests feel embraced.
- Guide guests and colleagues to the appropriate person for assistance.
- Ensure the reception area remains safe and tidy by following the prescribed protocols, guidelines, and standards.
- Record and relay steps taken, inconsistencies, and ongoing requirements to ensure coherence within organizational units.
- Offer assistance with any extra administrative duties needed, like organizing files, inputting data, and managing inventory of office materials.
Qualifications and Experience of Front Desk Associate:
- Effective abilities in engaging with others and conveying messages clearly.
- Established skill in handling telephone systems and efficiently routing calls.
- Outstanding ability to organize effectively and meticulous attention to particulars.
- Proficiency in managing numerous responsibilities within a dynamic setting.
- Experience as a previous receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various office tools.

Salary:
