In the position of a Sales Associate, one will provide assistance to the Store Management Team in setting up, presenting, and preserving a seasonal retail store. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and aiding in the various functions of the store, such as increasing sales, ensuring cleanliness, and implementing theft prevention measures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative:
- Support in the setup, exhibiting, wrapping up, and disassembling of the store.
- Provide top-quality customer service in adherence to company-mandated service guidelines.
- Play a role in supporting sales by interacting effectively with customers and utilizing sign waving as a promotional tool.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks to uphold store cleanliness and organization.
- Undertake merchandising, signing, and pricing responsibilities to ensure the exactness of product exhibitions.
- Skillfully operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions effectively.
- Implement measures to secure store assets in line with loss prevention guidelines.
- Follow safety guidelines, such as ascending ladders and managing retail displays.
Qualifications and Experience of Sales Development Representative:
- It is necessary to be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to ascend ladders and set up equipment.
- Capable of handling and moving loads of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
- Advanced communication proficiency and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in working effectively in a fast-paced and seasonal retail sector.
