Job Summary of Salesperson:

The core responsibilities of this role involve embodying the Burlington brand through exceptional customer service, contributing to the smooth operation of the store, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Employees may be assigned to various departments such as Women’s, Men’s, Kids’, Activewear, Footwear, Home, or Baby products. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a dedication to offering customers excellent value are essential for success in this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Salesperson:

• Help customers locate merchandise and promptly respond to any queries they have.
• Help with floor maneuvers, maintaining displays, organizing merchandise, and housekeeping maintenance.
• Carry out cash register functions and aid in bagging merchandise for shoppers.
• Undertake duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Salesperson:

• It is beneficial to have previous retail or customer service experience, but it is not compulsory.
• Competence in interpersonal relations and effective communication.
• Capacity to accommodate a varied work schedule that may involve nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Values teamwork and is diligent and consistent in work tasks.
