The position of representing the Burlington brand requires employees to excel in customer service, contribute to store operations, and uphold a neat and orderly sales area. Individuals may work in departments like Ladies, Men’s, Youth, Activewear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a dedication to offering customers value are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Clerk:

• Aid clients in navigating through merchandise and promptly addressing their inquiries.
• Aid in moving items on the floor, managing displays, and attending to housekeeping duties.
• Utilize registers and offer support in packaging goods when customers make purchases.
• Complete tasks delegated by superiors as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Clerk:

• It is beneficial to have previous retail or customer service experience, but it is not compulsory.
• Proficient in connecting with others and conveying ideas clearly.
• Flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Promotes team collaboration and meticulousness in executing tasks.
