Job Summary of Retail Sales Specialist:

In this role, employees are expected to embody the essence of the Burlington brand by delivering top-tier customer service, supporting store operations, and ensuring that the sales floor is tidy and organized. Staff may rotate through different departments, including Women’s, Men’s, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This position calls for enthusiasm, dependability, and a strong commitment to providing customers with great value.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Specialist:

• Support patrons in finding products and promptly address any inquiries they may have.
• Support the repositioning of products, ensuring attractive displays, and managing store cleanliness.
• Help customers at the checkout by operating registers and assisting with bagging their items.
• Follow through with tasks as directed by those in charge.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Specialist:

• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous, yet not a prerequisite.
• Excellent skills in building relationships and exchanging thoughts.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Collaborative with a focus on precision and trustworthiness.
