Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Receptionist:

• Engage with visitors effectively through personalized greetings and by providing assistance with inquiries, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.
• Radiate a cheerful and approachable vibe, ensuring that all team members and visitors feel included.
• Provide proper guidance to visitors and colleagues for connecting with the right contact.
• Maintain a secure and orderly reception area by adhering to the required procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Outline and convey measures taken, deviations, and sustained requirements to sustain consistency among work teams.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as needed, such as categorizing files, inputting data, and handling office equipment and supplies.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Receptionist:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at conveying information.
• Proven track record of effectively handling phone systems and directing calls.
• Demonstrates great organizational capabilities and a sharp eye for detail.
• Adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• While it is advantageous, having prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is not necessary.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about general office tools.

Salary:

The wage per hour can be anywhere from $15.00 to $18.00.
