Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cashier:

- Greet guests authentically and maintain a friendly presence throughout each transaction.
- Engage in genuine conversations to understand and support guest needs.
- Promote loyalty and credit programs to build guest engagement.
- Handle register operations with accuracy and efficiency, minimizing guest wait times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of register areas in accordance with standards.
- Adapt to various guest situations, using problem-solving to resolve concerns.
- Support team initiatives by following procedures and contributing to a positive environment.
- Utilize company systems and software as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience of Cashier:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Welcoming, helpful attitude with attention to detail.
- Experience using Zebra PDA and POS systems.
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
