Job Duties and Responsibilities of Merchandising Associate:

• Offer customers a quick and courteous checkout service.
• Elevate customer approval by reinforcing decisions at the point of sale.
• Sustain the establishment’s standards by refreshing the display of items in the retail area.
• Restock products following the brand’s criteria to uphold a plentiful and systematic presentation on the sales floor.
• Organize merchandise for presentation on the sales floor and maintain orderliness in the back storage space.
• Help with activities including carrying out floorset setups and handling the processing of incoming shipments when required.
• Adhere to the rules, protocols, and operational guidelines outlined by the company.
• Stress the significance of prioritizing asset protection and safety practices as part of the ongoing store management responsibilities.
