Job Duties and Responsibilities of Spencer's Sales Associate:

• Aid with the setup, display, breakdown, and dismantling of the store.

• Enhance sales initiatives through interactive customer engagements and the use of sign waving.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store through general housekeeping responsibilities.
• Carry out merchandising, signing, and pricing duties to maintain precise product arrangements.
• Conduct sales transactions proficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Abide by store policies aimed at preventing losses and safeguarding assets.
• Observe safety procedures, which entail climbing ladders and setting up store fixtures.

Qualifications and Experience of Spencer's Sales Associate:

• Those under the age of 16 are not permitted to participate.
• Proficiency in ladder climbing and fixture placement.
• Having the physical strength to lift and transport items that weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
