You will be in charge of upholding the reception area, responding to telephone calls, and steering guests and colleagues towards the relevant individuals. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Office Assistant:
- Greet and interact with each visitor by offering a friendly salutation and directing any queries to the appropriate channels.
- Project a positive and hospitable presence to ensure that all staff and visitors feel accepted.
- Ensure visitors and staff are directed to the correct contact person.
- Adhere to the procedures, policies, and laws to keep the reception area secure and well-maintained.
- Report and share steps, deviations, and ongoing requirements for the purpose of upholding consistency within teams.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks that may arise, including filing paperwork, entering data, and restocking office supplies.
Qualifications and Experience of Office Assistant:
- Proficient interpersonal connections and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing phone operations and directing calls with success.
- Impressive organizational abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-speed atmosphere.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is valued but not essential.
- Capable in working with Microsoft Office Suite as well as proficient in operating standard office equipment.

Salary:
