Job Summary of Assistant Key Holder:

This role involves supporting store leadership in executing operational tasks, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Key Holder:

• Carry out the duties of the on-duty manager at specified times, overseeing customer interactions, vendor communications, and maintenance tasks.
• Give team members feedback on their performance and relay your observations to upper management for consideration.
• Model and lead customer service and sales expectations to generate a positive shopping experience.
• Stay updated on the company’s policies, product offerings, and store tactics.
• Arrange daily shift targets and ensure that employees are briefed on primary focuses.
• Strengthen customer loyalty through engagement initiatives and capture their contact information for outreach purposes.
• Conduct opening and closing activities for the store, such as depositing funds in the bank and processing incoming shipments.
• Ensure smooth operations and excellence by following company policies and procedures meticulously.
• Engage in merchandising tasks, designing visual arrangements, and positioning signage placements as necessary.
