The position of representing the Burlington brand requires employees to excel in customer service, contribute to store operations, and uphold a neat and orderly sales area. Individuals may work in departments like Ladies, Men’s, Youth, Activewear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a dedication to offering customers value are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Consultant:

• Guide individuals to locate merchandise efficiently and respond promptly to their questions.
• Aid in floor maintenance, merchandising tasks, display upkeep, and housekeeping duties.
• Carry out cash register functions and aid in bagging merchandise for shoppers.
• Execute assignments from management when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Consultant:

• Preferred background in retail or customer service, though not mandatory.
• Strong aptitude for engaging with people and sharing information.
• Capability to adjust schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting while being meticulous and dependable.
