Job Summary of Merchandise Handler:

This position supports Burlington Stores by ensuring merchandise is accurately received, processed, and stocked for customer access. It requires individuals who are hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork and process efficiency. The role is essential in maintaining a seamless merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Merchandise Handler:

• Take on the task of accepting and transporting shipments from the shipping/receiving point to the stockroom.
• Methodically process merchandise by accurately ticketing, storing, moving, and displaying items efficiently.
• Display and organize newly acquired inventory on the retail floor for customers to view.
• Take on supplemental duties as directed by store management.

• Capability to work varying hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adept at organizing and collaborating with fellow team members.
• Strong adherence to respecting differences and ensuring positive customer interactions.
