Job Summary of Lead:

This role supports store operations by executing tasks in specific areas of responsibility, leading by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position focuses on driving selling behaviors, supporting team productivity, and maintaining workflow standards. Through collaboration with store leadership, this role reinforces operational goals, models desired behaviors, and ensures execution aligned with customer service excellence.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead:

• Model respectful behavior to all customers and employees while contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by informing customers about brand membership and rewards programs.
• Demonstrate brand selling behaviors and role model the customer experience standards.
• Support store leaders during non-peak hours with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Assist with completion of operational tasks, ensuring team collaboration and timely execution.
• Provide guidance on the product lifecycle and maintain merchandise standards.
• Support opening and closing routines, including daily checklist responsibilities.
• Utilize omni-channel tools and platforms to create a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Ensure operational compliance and uphold brand policies and procedures.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Ability to navigate sales floor, stockroom, and office areas and lift up to 30 pounds.
