Job Summary of Part Time Retail Sales Associate:

This role represent the Burlington brand by providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Associates may work across various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering great value to customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Part Time Retail Sales Associate:

• Assist customers in finding merchandise and promptly answering any inquiries.
• Support the repositioning of products, ensuring attractive displays, and managing store cleanliness.
• Engage in register operations and support customers by bagging their purchases.
• Handle duties given by leadership as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Part Time Retail Sales Associate:

• While previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, it is not obligatory.
• Proficiency in interpersonal connections and conveying messages.
• Availability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Collaborative with a focus on precision and trustworthiness.
