Job Summary of Customer Service Associate:

The core responsibilities of this role involve embodying the Burlington brand through exceptional customer service, contributing to the smooth operation of the store, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Employees may be assigned to various departments such as Women’s, Men’s, Kids’, Activewear, Footwear, Home, or Baby products. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a dedication to offering customers excellent value are essential for success in this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

• Assist individuals in finding items efficiently and provide quick responses to their inquiries.
• Support the process of relocating products on the sales floor, managing merchandise displays, and keeping the store clean.
• Handle transactions at the register and offer assistance with bagging items at the cashier.
• Accomplish tasks as instructed by those in charge.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Associate:

• Preferred background in retail or customer service, though not mandatory.
• Excellent skills in building relationships and exchanging thoughts.
• Capacity to accommodate a varied work schedule that may involve nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Emphasizes cooperation and thoroughness in completing responsibilities.
