Job Summary of Account Executive:
The role of the Sales Associate is to assist the Store Management Team with the setup, presentation, and maintenance of a seasonal retail store. They are tasked with delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations, including driving sales, cleaning, and preventing theft.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Account Executive:
- Support in the setup, exhibiting, wrapping up, and disassembling of the store.
- Offer outstanding customer assistance consistent with the service quality expected by the company.
- Contribute to sales growth by fostering positive interactions with customers and using sign waving to capture attention.
- Complete housekeeping duties to ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Carry out merchandising, signing, and pricing operations to maintain accurate product placements.
- Effectively utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system for processing sales transactions.
- Observe procedures designed to safeguard assets and prevent losses within the store.
- Abide by safety rules, which include ascending ladders and adjusting store displays.
Qualifications and Experience of Account Executive:
- A minimum age requirement of 16 years old must be met.
- Capability in scaling ladders and organizing fittings.
- Capable of hoisting and transferring loads of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
- Solid communication aptitude and superior customer relations competency.
- Proficient in performing effectively in a fast-paced and seasonal retail setting.
