Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stock Associate:

• Help in the assembly, presentation, closure, and teardown of the store.

• Facilitate sales efforts by engaging customers in meaningful interactions and using sign waving as a promotional tactic.
• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards by conducting general housekeeping duties.
• Execute merchandising, signing, and pricing functions to ensure the preciseness of product setups.
• Effectively utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system for processing sales transactions.
• Follow established protocols to protect store assets from potential risks.
• Respect safety protocols, comprising climbing ladders and positioning store fixtures.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Stock Associate:

• Participation is open to those who are 16 years old and above.
• Skill in scaling ladders and fixing fixtures.
• Capable of handling and moving loads of up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
