Job Summary of Seasonal Sales Associate:

This role represent the Burlington brand by providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Associates may work across various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to delivering great value to customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Support patrons in finding products and promptly address any inquiries they may have.
• Help with floor maneuvers, maintaining displays, organizing merchandise, and housekeeping maintenance.
• Engage in register operations and support customers by bagging their purchases.
• Execute assignments from management when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Retail or customer service background is preferred, but not a necessity.
• Skillful in building rapport and articulating thoughts effectively.
• Adaptability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evening shifts, and public holidays.
• Thrives in a team environment and is committed to being meticulous and reliable.
