• Efficiently locate and provide merchandise information using available tools and technologies.
• Inspire customers with outfit recommendations using mannequins, store visuals, and trend knowledge.
• Educate customers on store promotions, events, and loyalty program benefits to enhance brand engagement.
• Leverage omnichannel capabilities to offer a seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Support all store operations including the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout area, and back-of-house tasks.
• Provide courteous, timely, and effective responses to internal and external inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to share information and provide consistent customer support.
