Job Summary of Client Advisor:

Responsible for building strong, authentic relationships with customers through exceptional styling, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of current fashion trends. Focused on delivering a premium shopping experience that fosters loyalty and reflects the brand’s heritage and modern identity. Leverages fashion expertise to drive sales, solve customer needs, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive in-store environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Advisor:

• Stay current with relevant fashion references, designers, influencers, and seasonal trends to provide styling solutions that meet customer needs.
• Connect with customers authentically to build meaningful relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and storytelling to enhance the customer experience.
• Take ownership of sales performance, focusing on client engagement and retention to meet or exceed store goals.
• Support an inclusive environment where both employees and customers feel welcome and valued.
• Model company values and behaviors to contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Advisor:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury fashion or styling, with strong knowledge of designer brands and ability to apply that knowledge to customer needs.
• Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to create strong customer connections.
• Experience with proactive outreach and building a loyal client base through clienteling strategies.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms as part of the client engagement process.
• Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move throughout the salesfloor, stockroom, and office as required.
• Collaborative, curious, and adaptable with a growth mindset and passion for the Banana Republic brand.

Salary:

Hourly Range: $17.40 - $21.75 USD
