Job Summary of Merchandise Associate:

The primary responsibility in this position is to support Burlington Stores by ensuring that merchandise is received, processed, and stocked correctly for customers to access. It seeks individuals who are hands-on, enjoy a dynamic work atmosphere, and place importance on teamwork and operational efficiency. The importance of this role lies in the continuous flow of merchandise from storage areas to the retail floor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Merchandise Associate:

• Handle incoming freight and transfer packages from the shipping/receiving section to the warehouse.
• Manage merchandise in a manner that ensures efficient and accurate processing, ticketing, storing, moving, and displaying.
• Organize and present fresh inventory in an attractive manner for customers to view.
• Carry out supplementary responsibilities as directed by the store manager.
